Set off from the Alaska Highway and race towards Ushuaia in The Long Way South, an illustrated strategy card game for 2–4 players aged 10+.

Travel through the Americas across twelve stages, from northern wilderness and mountain passes to desert landscapes and southern sea crossings. Your expedition has just four cargo spaces and two actions per turn. What you carry—and when you move—could decide the race.

Plan your journey

Gather Fuel, Provisions and Spare Parts, then choose how to travel. Express journeys use specific Supplies to complete a stage in one action. Steady travel accepts any two Supplies but takes two actions. Push ahead when your cargo is ready, or take time to prepare for the challenges ahead.

Every departure changes the race

Each journey leaves one paid Supply behind in a shared cache. Following players may collect it, making your choices matter beyond your own expedition. Watch your rivals, consider what you leave behind and make the most of the supplies waiting ahead.

Prepare for changing conditions

Check the current and upcoming Forecasts, adapt to adverse weather and fit Equipment suited to the terrain. Snow Chains, All Terrain Tyres and other useful kit offer more flexible Express payments—but each Equipment card takes up a precious cargo space.
